Our first OLAP component for Delphi and C++ Builder was published in March 2003
and was called HierCube Library. Since that time the HierCube VCL has been constantly
improved and today we can offer the stable and time-proved solution for VCL programmers.
But time doesn't stand still, and neither do we. After a while be began developing
completely new product named RadarCube. Having all our background with HierCube,
and considering most of the HierCube requests from our user, we tried to make RadarCube
an up-to-date and comfortable OLAP solution for developers.
Now RadarCube is available for all platforms including .NET Windows Forms and ASP.NET,
and for every platform we provide two OLAP editions:
-
"Direct" (also known as "Desktop" for Windows Forms) package allows collecting
OLAP Cube data directly from a relational database like MS SQL Server, MS Access,
Oracle, or any other.
-
"MSAS" package is a comfortable client for Microsoft Analysis Services that doesn't
collect the OLAP Cube data it self but rather requests it from the MS AS Server.
And the latest event of our team was developing a new component that is named OLAP
Chart. This component is an absolutely new product that brings in the Visual Analysis
technology to RadarCube. In other words it combines OLAP approach to data analysis
with a graphical representation of the Cube data. This gives users a unique opportunity
to analyze their data visually, dealing with charts rather than numbers, which is
much easier to perceive. to learn more about Radar-Soft OLAP Chart.
All our components can be shipped separately or together in a single bundle. This
allows us to offer our customers only software pieces that they really need. Why
buy a Windows Forms component when you only develop web-applications? Or, if all
your information is stored in MS AS why buy the component that works with relational
databases? Thus we can offer our customers a flexible and powerful solution for
any platform.
